Field Visit to Burj al-Barajneh

On the most recent of its regular visits to the Palestinian camps, a delegation from the Lebanese–Palestinian Dialogue Committee visited Burj al-Barajneh Camp. A meeting was held at the UNRWA office with Beirut Area Officer and Burj al-Barajneh Camp Service Officer, the Camp Improvement Team, and Representatives of the Popular Committees and Families Associations.

During the meeting, several key issues were discussed, particularly those related to rights, governance, and the electricity file.

The delegation also conducted a field visit inside the camp to inspect the progress of infrastructure improvement works and to review the operational procedures being implemented on the ground.
