LPDC participated in the meetings of the subcommittee of the UNRWA Advisory Commission… Extension of Lebanon’s mandate as co-chair of the working group on neutrality and integrity

The Lebanese Palestinian Dialogue Committee represented Lebanon at the meetings of the Subcommittee of the UNRWA Advisory Commission, which were held on May 19 and 20 in Jordan, in the presence and participation of Lebanon’s Consul in Amman Ms. Joelle Antoun.

The meetings included a presentation of the latest developments and discussions on the impact of regional conflict on UNRWA’s operations mainly in health and education programs.

LPDC also participated in the Neutrality and Integrity Working Group meeting, where the members and host countries expressed their support to extend Lebanon and UK co-chairs, until the end of 2026 to ensure continuity at this critical stage.
