MoU between LPDC and PRCS to enhance healthcare for Palestinian refugees

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between LPDC, represented by its Chairman Dr. Bassel Al Hassan, and the Palestine Red Crescent (PRCS), represented by its president Dr. Younes Al Khatib, at the Grand Serail to enhance and support healthcare service provision for Palestinian refugees in the camps and gatherings. Palestinian Ambassador to Lebanon, Ashraf Dabbour, was in attendance.

The Understanding seeks to improve healthcare provision to Palestinian refugees and other marginalized groups, develop the capacities of PRCS to provide medical services according to international standards, equip and furnish department infrastructure in several PRCS hospitals and centers, develop staff capacities, and modernize systems and protocols in partnership with international organizations and donors.
