The issue of the employment of Palestinian nurses in Lebanon was discussed with the Minister of Health

A delegation from the Lebanese–Palestinian Dialogue Committee (LPDC), headed by Ambassador Ramez Dimechkie and including the Committee’s Executive Director Nadine Marrouq, the Coordinator and Legal Officer Daniela Saoud, and the Committee’s Political and Legal Adviser Dr. Ali Murad, visited Minister of Health Dr. Rakan Nassereddine.

During the meeting, discussions focused on the employment of Palestinian nurses in Lebanon and the challenges they face in practicing the profession.

Minister Nassereddine affirmed his commitment to addressing the existing obstacles and working to facilitate the implementation of relevant laws in a way that guarantees rights and improves work mechanisms.
